Okay, I know, it isn’t Tuesday today. Yesterday was crazy busy and I was unfortunately unable to get to this. So that’s why I’m doing it today!
Our verse for this week’s Scripture Tuesday is Psalms 42:11 which says, “Why art thou cast down, O my soul? and why art thou disquieted within me? hope thou in God: for I shall yet praise him, who is the health of my countenance, and my God.”
Even when hardship strikes us, we still need to hope in God and praise Him. There is always something we can find to praise Him for. We can praise Him for our health, our jobs, our families, His promises written in His Word, and numerous other things! But when all else fails, we can praise Him for sending His Son, Jesus Christ, to save us, and that He cared enough about us to do it!
