We all know the typical events for starting a war or rebellion: over-taxation, an assassination, or political corruption. But did you ever hear about the prank which caused a rebellion? While it has no official name, for today's post, I am calling it "The Chamberpot Affair", and it is one of my favorite medieval events.

May Read: The Illustrated History of Knights & the Golden Age of Chivalry
This encyclopedia was full of awesome knightly facts and featured a whole section on King Arthur and some of his knights--which I'm absolutely obsessed with.
