Hello everyone, and welcome to 2024! As everyone knows, most people create New Years resolutions and new goals for their lives. For me, generally my “New Years Resolutions” have to do with my blog and its schedule. This schedule has been in the works since November of 2023, and while there may be some exceptions, this is the general overview of posts for each week which you can expect from me (with this month being an exception; my Week 1 post will start next week and go from there).
Week 1: Week 1 will have some sort of writing related post, whether that is a writing tip, fun fact, inspiration, or what not.
Week 2: Week 2 I am starting a new series called 16 Personalities: Writing the Personalities. It will focus on the 16 Myers-Briggs personality types, and how to write them.
Week 3: Week 3 will continue to be an off week on this blog, as my monthly newsletter comes out this week. If you don’t know what content I give on it, I give more personalized story content and advice there. You can check it out under the About Me – Sign Up page and click on the link to see more about my newsletter content. (The Newsletter is currently on pause.)
Week 4: Week 4 will continue to be my book review week. Here is my current (subject to change) books-to-review list.
January Read: The Hunger Games by Suzanne Collins
February Read: Enamored by Jody Hedlund
March Read: Sir Malcolm and the Missing Prince by Sidney Baldwin
April Read: Spy x Family Vol. 10 by Tatsuya Endo
May Read: Do You Take This Quest by Kendra Ardnek
June Read: The Reckless by Marylu Tyndall
July Read: Beowulf by Unknown
August Read: The King’s Scrolls by Jaye L. Knight
September Read: Grail by Stephen Lawhead
October Read: Dare by Tricia Mingerink
November Read: A Time to Die by Nadine Brandes
December Read: A Superhero for Christmas by H. L. Burke
Bonus Week: Sometimes, there are five Tuesdays (my average blogging day) in a month (like this month). Besides today’s post, all bonus Tuesdays will be continuing my 16 Personalities series, in order to finish the series by the end of the year.
And that is all for the blog schedule! However, I would love to hear from you, especially regarding content! Is there anything regarding writing, character development, world building, medieval or other random history which you would like me to do a post on? Or even a book you’d like me to review? Please let me know in the comments, as I can always use more blogging ideas from my readers! God bless and have a great 2024! ~ Kay Adelin
